How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1- 2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of one human, working with human hands and human brains with multiple other jobs. We aren't perfect. I will surely do my best and you will get a notification as soon as your order ships with a tracking number.

What about shipping?

I use USPS and insure your package shipping is covered by me.

I ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from me in Jackson, you'll get it faster than if you live across the ocean., but does not guarantee, 2- 8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer

Personalized (custom) orders take 3-6 months because they are created by hand and made to order.

Please check USPS Postal Service regarding shipping timing and please don't forget your tracking number and plug that into the system.
