+The human condition allows us to feel the depths of gratitude and love for all that is and has been while simultaneously allowing us to feel the depths of pain and loss for all that was and is lost. We hold the tension of opposites in our beings, deep in an indescribable yet quickly accessible place. It is our job to attend to both sides of our dualities to exist in between them to reduce our suffering. How can we have such a longing but have every basic need met? How can we allow ourselves to love something so deeply only to one day lose or leave it behind? This is the nature of our being human, the dualities that we navigate.
+As an artist and art therapist, I explore my own and many others' suffering and great beauty with conscious intention meant to pull at the roots behind the suffering and joys to honor all parts of ourselves to become more actualized on our path. I strive to cultivate listening to our deeper knowings and acceptance of the dualities without judgment but with allowance and love for self and others.
+The reflected animals represent the duality of emotions and events in life for me. Not only are we blessed by their presence here in the Tetons but they ask you to awaken your perception to find them, to perceive with the senses, to attune to what is hard to see, and so too with our internal worlds.
+Cultivate a relationship with the depths of feeling inside of you, through your breath, through listening to the emotions, dualities, events, and people that stir discomfort. It is your deeper knowing, will you listen or ignore?
+Hand-painted watercolor originals, measuring 9x12, they come framed and can be shipped or picked up in person.

The spiral is an intuitive movement that all of us have drawn consciously or unconsciously. It exists across all time and cultures as a visual created by nature and man. It is believed by many to be the pathway to heaven which is echoed by those who have had near-death experiences on their way out and back into their bodies. The spiral and shells we find reflect a connection of all that is held within the Universe and beyond.

Proceeds of Sales
As an art therapist and counselor, it is vitally important to me to continue to use my privileges and skills to support others. Your support extends beyond both of us as I donate 5% of all sales and tips to the National Indigenous Women’s Resource Center, Inc. (NIWRC). As published on their website the NIWRC is a Native-led nonprofit organization dedicated to ending violence against Native women and children. The NIWRC provides national leadership in ending gender-based violence in tribal communities by lifting up the collective voices of grassroots advocates and offering culturally grounded resources, technical assistance and training, and policy development to strengthen tribal sovereignty.
The rest of the proceeds go directly to paying off my immense student debt from attaining my masters in Art Theapy and Counseling.
